Todd Hiles began his career with the Dallas Police Department, working patrol, Gang Unit, Youth and Family Crimes and Narcotics. He went to the US Secret Service in 1996 and has extensive experience conducting protective advances and security duties related to the protection of the President, Vice President, former Presidents and visiting foreign dignitaries. Todd also investigated counterfeit and fraud cases and was a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force-Eastern District of Texas. He has a Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University.

Teresa worked as a paralegal in criminal and family law as well as civil litigation for more than 15 years. She has worked for the Attorney General of Texas and spent many years as an investigator at Child Protective Services. She is now a consultant to attorneys for CPS cases, is a Mitigation Specialist on criminal cases and is a licensed private investigator.
