Confidentiality. Merriam-Webster defines it as “entrusted with confidences” or “marked by intimacy or willingness to confide”. We get asked a lot about confidentiality because the situations our clients face are usually extremely sensitive in nature. And let’s face it, East Texas is a tight knit community. It’s not unusual for us to see a client, surveillance target or someone we’ve conducted a background check on at Walmart while we’re buying groceries.
I felt like this was an important topic to mention in our blog because I know it can be a factor our clients face when trying to decide to deal with a situation in their life. I have a saying, “Private investigations means private”. No if’s, ands or buts about it, your personal business is private and if disclosed to myself or one of my team, will remain private.
I've had several clients over the past few years call and tell me "sorry to dump all this on you, but I've got no one else I can tell". I have to say, the trust and confidence of our clients makes me extremely proud and will never be taken lightly by myself or anyone at GTI.
